| Online service is the ideal combination of affordability and convenience. It allows a service engineer to diagnose most problems without the added cost of booking onsite service, but without the inconvenience of bringing your computer to the EDU Technology Service Centre. |

| How Online Service Works |

Go to the EDU Online Service web portal |
| |
|
|
| 2. |
|
Create an account if you are not already a user, otherwise enter your username and password |
| |
|
|
| 3. |
|
Submit a ‘ticket’ outlining, in as much detail as possible, the nature of your problem |

|
|
| 4. |
|
Grab a coffee while our service engineers attend to your problem |
| |
|
|
| 5. |
|
In many cases, the problem will be resolved immediately, using ‘remote assistance’ technology – the future of computer servicing. |

| 6. |
|
Alternatively, if the problem cannot be resolved using ‘remote assistance’ technology, you will be advised of the nature of the problem and alternative methods of resolution |
